Loki can: - shapechange at will Into any animal he is familiar enough with to picture the whole body of clearly. The more familiar the animal, the easier the change. Too many changes will exhaust him. - manipulate minds It’s no magical power, though, he’s simply very convincing or confusing when he wants to be. - feel/hear prayers, if they are directed at him personally - feel and identify supernatural activity The strength of the activity affects how long afterwards it can be felt. In case of supernatural activity of Norse origin he might be able to identify the caster. This is also possible with other supernaturals he is very familiar with/has seen casting this before. - sense other supernatural beings He can sense other supernatural beings to the extent that he knows they're supernatural. If he has met a being from the same religion before, he can notice a similarity and thus possibly identify the pantheon. He can also vaguely feel power levels. - know human languages that are or were in use in countries when he lived there He’s had to learn them, though and can’t write the older ones. - percieve Presence as some vaguely uncomfortable part of the feeling of a supernatural This allows him to differentiate between angels and demons, though he doesn’t know what the feeling actually is.
Loki can not: - heal wounds and illnesses - go without food, drink and sleep - go without using the toilet - inspire divine ecstasy - fly in a vacuum - summon hellfire - bless objects - alter objects - summon objects - create objects out of thin air - raise the dead - self-heal - remain corporated despite damage that would kill a human - wish people away - read minds - see in the dark (unless his current shape can) - not get blinded by very bright light - set wards - see auras - enter heaven - enter hell - enter the realm (afterlife/seat of gods/underworld) of another religion - communicate with heaven - communicate with hell - communicate with realms of other religions - know occult languages (He could learn them, if someone were to teach him, though.) - write the heavenly language( He could learn it, if someone were to teach him and had a lot of patience or he had a book to teach him, though.) - have the power of Creation - create energy shields - possess other beings
Additionally Loki can: - control fire (even to a very limited extent hellfire), if it isn’t already controlled by somebody else. He will lose control if he gets distracted, the fire is too big or he tires. - survive a lot of damage that might kill a human. Like all Norse gods he’s pretty tough. If a human would have no chance to survive at all, though, Loki doesn’t either.
